5. Information We Collect Automatically Using Technology

We may aggregate Personal Information to create anonymous, aggregated data on users of our Site, which describes users as a group but does not reveal the identity of individual users. We will not re-identify that Personal Information and other information once aggregated.

The Site may link to, or be linked to, websites not maintained or controlled by Kanva. Kanva is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third parties or any third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites or to any personal or other information that you may provide to third parties. 9. YOUR CONSUMER DATA CHOICES
i. Update your Personal Information. You may update your Personal Information by contacting us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below or by contacting us at orders@kanvabotanicals.com.[A2]
ii. Delete Your Account. If you no longer wish to use the Services or access your account or account information, you may request that we delete your account by contacting us at orders@kanvabotanicals.com. This will result in the full, permanent deletion of your account and associated information. We will not be able to recover your account after it has been deleted.
iii. Opt Out of Marketing Messages. If you sign up to receive marketing communications and materials, you consent to receive such communications at the location or contact information you provide.
iv. Email. If you no longer wish to receive email marketing messages from Kanva, you should use the “unsubscribe” option in each marketing email we send or contact us using the information provided below. Within 10 days of receiving your unsubscribe request, we will remove you from our distribution list unless you re-subscribe.
10. DATA SECURITY AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and organizational measures designed to help secure Personal Information against loss, misuse, and alteration appropriate to the type of Personal Information processed. WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND YOU PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Access from Outside the United States
If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. The Site is not directed at children under 18 (21 plus where applicable). We do not knowingly collect, use, or share Personal Information from children 18 or under. As our organization changes over time, this Privacy Policy may change as well. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, other than the posting of the amended Privacy Policy on our Site. We will provide you with notice of material changes by indicating that the Privacy Policy has been updated on our homepage and will indicate the date we made the update above.
